	Dr Catherine Althaus Position: Visiting Fellow Catherine Althaus is an ANZSOG (Australia and New Zealand School of Government) Research Fellow and is currently investigating the topic of leadership in the Australian Public Service. This project also involves comparative analysis with leadership practice in Canada and New Zealand. Her other current research project concentrates on the interaction between religion, politics and agenda-setting theory. Catherine was previously a policy and research officer with the Queensland Treasury Department and also works as a private sector economics consultant. She recently coauthored the revised fourth edition of The Australian Policy Handbook and is completing a book on political risk calculation.
